Eligible Returns
Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing item in the package
Return Conditions
Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used products
- Washed items
- Customized products
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
